WHAT IT IS:

T.M. Fitzgerald & Associates has been awarded a contract with the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey. Our contract with them is set up similarly to the New Jersey State Contract which was in effect from 1994 to 2014. The Educational Services Commission eliminates the need for bids because the work has already been done for you.
